Greenwood. Tulsa. Black Wall Street.
In the early 1900s, the Greenwood District of Tulsa, Oklahoma, became one of the most successful Black-owned economies in America. Dozens of businesses, schools, churches, doctors, lawyers, and real estate thrived — all Black-owned and Black-operated.
But in 1921, that success was violently attacked during one of the deadliest racial massacres in U.S. history. Over 300 people were killed, and the community was burned to the ground.
This tee is not about tragedy — it’s about truth. It’s about the economic strength we built, the dreams we dared to dream, and the legacy that continues to inspire.
They tried to erase it. We wear it to remember. Honor the power of Black economics — wear the story of Tulsa.
